The end of the Red Rose League Season has now come and from preliminary observations, Miss Danielle Walker is once again the individual Champion at the U13F age group (to be confirmed). The final placings for all age groups favours quite a few Burnley teams but we will have to wait until the final listings next Wednesday night at the Committee meeting of the R R L.
Many Burnley athletes were very well placed at the meeting at Towneley last Saturday. notably the U15 boys where I believe they finished :- 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 10th & 14th (this also to be confirmed)

The Good News is that for 2001 membership fees are to remain the same! However, it's anticipated there will have to be a slight rise in 2003 - more details later.
Keith Kershaw has retired as Club Chairman and committee member after many years and we would like to thank him for all he has done for the club over the years. We wish him well for the future and ask him: please don`t forget us, Keith, you're still needed for your coaching and judging skills!
A most sincere thanks for all you've done, Keith - a great many members past and present have reason to be grateful to you!
