The Club accommodates all age-groups and all skill levels, from the young budding would-be Linford Christie, to the not-so-young newcomers seeking to improve their fitness, right through to experienced Veteran athletes. A wide range of activities are offered, encompassing Track, Field and Cross-country.

The Club has a range of facilities to cater for all interests, including virtually all Field and Track events, plus Cross-Country, etc. For a more detailed description of facilities, coaching and events, please see our Club Activities Page.
