The Way Forward -

Our Plans for the future development of Burnley Athletic Club:

Burnley AC has adopted a detailed Development Plan for 2005 - 2007, covering management of the Club, Coaching, development and encouragement of Athletes, School Links, Volunteers, Facilities and Equipment, and Publicity.

Maintaining Good Standards of Conduct -

Our Dispute/Disciplinary Procedure:

At Burnley AC we expect high standards of ourselves as an organisation but there may, rarely, be instances where a complaint is received regarding the conduct of an individual. Again as a responsible organisation, we have drawn up a procedure to cover such an eventuality:

Equality and Diversity -

Burnley AC is committed to the promotion of equality in sport and the celebration of diversity - to this end we have produced three important new documents which effectively address the questions:

What are we going to do?
How are we going to do it?
How do we ensure we're getting it right?
